Client Reviews
At Maintenance Guy, client satisfaction is my top priority. I’m proud to provide reliable property maintenance and decorating services across Rustington, Worthing, and West Sussex. Here’s what some of my clients have to say about their experience working with me.
Really happy with the result, had fascias painted, and did a great job. Very tidy and done in good time. Told me everything he had done.
Price was very good and was a nice guy, I will definitely recommend and use him again in the future.
Thank you Kelvin, great job yesterday. I would highly recommend you, you provide a polite and professional service, and are super tidy as well.
We had Kelvin complete some work on our house and he was friendly, professional and talked us through the work he did which was a lovely touch that you don't get from many tradesmen.
We couldn't have been happier with the service he provided. Would highly recommend.
I would highly recommend Kelvin. He’s polite, professional and efficient. He takes care of his work and leaves all spaces clean and tidy.
Fantastic! Kelvin attended to help install some shelves, curtains poles and hang some pictures.
He was on time, chatty, friendly and upfront about costs and left my home clean and tidy after he had completed the work.
Would use him again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone. Will definitely be using him again.
Friendly and knowledgeable. A good job done. Highly recommend.
Having had my first visit from Kelvin, the Maintenance Guy I was glad to find that previous reviews had not been overstated.
I found him to be helpful, polite, efficient, and professional, as well as being competitively priced. I'm already planning future tasks that I will consult him on.
This is the second time we've asked Kelvin to help us. We had several tasks needing his attention and Kelvin efficiently tackled them all.
He is knowledgeable and a quiet and tidy workman who is a pleasure to have in the property - he is highly recommended.
Kelvin hung a very large mirror for us and was very professional and did a superb job. Highly recommended and will definitely use him again.
Kelvin has carried out a variety of general repair jobs for me and always provides a high quality standard of work, with professionalism and is good value for money and reliable, so I would recommend his services.
I moved into a dilapidated bungalow in a state of advanced disrepair in July 2022. Kelvin sorted everything out with great competence. Since then I have called him out on countless occasions for anything, big or small (redecoration, hanging curtain rails, fixing a wall in the garden etc.).
He has a very positive attitude to any job, however daunting, and gets it done in record time at a very reasonable price. I have even entrusted him with a set of house keys, so that he can do a job while I am at work. He also gives excellent advice on issues such as preventing damp etc.
I feel I would be lost without him. A totally reliable, agreeable and efficient 'maintenance guy' like Kelvin is worth rubies.
What a refreshing experience to find someone polite, professional and tidy! I'm really glad to have found Kelvin and both myself and my wife are really happy with the quality of his work.
We are already making arrangements for him to come around again for more work! I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
I've had Maintenance Guy out on three occasions and always been efficient and tidy. Very reasonable prices and clearly takes pride in their work.
Highly recommended!!!
Excellent service…. We had a small leak in our solid conservatory roof, Kelvin explained exactly what was required to do the job.
Hopefully no more leaking roof.
Have had many jobs done by Kelvin on my rental properties he is a very hard working clean maintenance company on time and reliable.
Excellent service, very good value.
Great work carried out by Kelvin, he was very quick to respond and quote up our fencing job. He worked quickly and did a great job, I would definitely recommend him to anyone local.
